Our experience working with attocube has been excellent. In our experiment it is crucial to combine high spatial resolution with a large scanning range. The combination scanner/stepper attocube system allows us to position smoothly and precisely within a very large scan volume, and works great. We are also very thankful for how responsive, informative, and helpful the costumer support team has been.

The delivery of the attoDRY1000 was well within the anticipated time frame, the installation was carried out successfully and since then, the system has given full satisfaction. All quoted specifications were fulfilled or exceeded and the service, maintenance and support have proven to be excellent. The unit has been operational since the first day and continues to function with no interruptions.

The attoDRY1000 has quickly become an integral part of the research equipment in our group. The closed-cycle system is easy to operate while providing for excellent stability, short cool down times and low vibration level for optical spectroscopy of solid-state quantum systems. The compatibility with previous versions of CFM-line microscopes and the plug-and-play operation without cryogenic liquids make attoDRY1000 a really attractive alternative to conventional cryogenic spectroscopy in bath cryostat systems.

Owing to the high stability and easy operation of the attoAFM/CFM, we were able to perform first magnetometry experiments within only a few months. Support from attocube engineers was always very prompt and efficient. The system is now operated since two years and I must say that it has been the cornerstone of the rapid development of scanning probe magnetometry in our group.

The photonic probe station has essentially solved cryogenic and mechanical stability problems in our experiments, such that we can today concentrate our efforts on other conceptual and technical aspects. Simply a great scientific instrument!

The attoDRY800 setup is ideal for phase contrast microscopy as it allows free space optical access to the sample from both sides and makes it easily possible to investigate the transmitted light in momentum and real space excellent!

The attoAFM I is great for Piezo Response Force Microscopy of both large crystals and thin films because the microscope integrates flawlessly with external electronics and gives access to all the relevant signals. The system maintained regular weekly cooling cycles for a 2 year strech and still works great!

Before purchasing a laser interferometer, we were not sure about the applicability of the interferometer for our requirements. During the short testing phase, we became familiar with the interferometer and its operation. While using the sensor for the intended application, we verified the advantages of the device and decided for purchasing it.

Thanks to the fast adjustment and precise sub-nanometer resolution of the sensor, we`re able to easily identify the trajectories and eigen frequencies for the optimization of flexure-based components. The combination of the digital interfaces with our motion control system allows most accurate closed-loop control for scanning applications. With the closed-loop integration of the IDS3010 in our X-ray microscope by the end of 2015, we feel confident to get the first 3-D tomographic pictures of biological samples with a resolution of 20 nm within by beginning of next year.

Directly after the set up in our labs, the attoAFM III in a 3He cryostat - used for scanning gate microscopy experiments - has started to produce great data for us. It runs more than 5 years now, and we have published several papers since then. The instrument worked within specifications from the first day and we really appreciate the excellent attocube support throughout the years

In contrast to many other such complex pieces of equipment, we were able to perform our first regular measurements already after 2 weeks, and since then, have been very pleased with the performance of the attoDRY1000.
