With its extremely small diameter and 90° beam output angle the D2.2/F8/90 sensor head is perfectly suited for setups with extremely limited installation space, especially in measurement direction. Despite the focusing optics and the miniaturization, the sensor head allows travel ranges of more than 5 mm at relatively high working distances, e.g. 26 mm on mirrors.
The sensor head is designed for ambient conditions and includes a glass fiber (length: 5 m) connecting the sensor head to the interferometer controller.
