MOKE upgrade
swift check up of your sample
Magneto-optical Kerr effect upgrade enables users to preliminary check up their samples before resorting to more detailed study with NV magnetometry. Its main features include:
- all optical components for a typical polar MOKE detection in H/V basis with a biased photodetector
- remotely controllable waveplate
- detector with BW=500 kHz
- integration into QS3 software
