High performance NV tips
with integrated MW antenna
Diamond tips with NVs, designed and manufactured by our partner QZabre, have gained an exceptional reputation for their guaranteed photo-stability and sensitivity at cryogenic temperatures. The microwave line and the diamond probe are integrated on the same carrier chip and already pre-aligned with each other so as to make the measurement process and the tip exchange as simple as possible. The integrated microwave line is not in direct contact with the AFM tuning fork and cantilever to minimize heating effects and drift.
